Email Marketing Specialist

We’re in search of a professional with experience in Email Marketing to join our team as a Email Marketing Specialist.

Monthly Salary: USD $600 - USD $900 depending on experience.

Location: Fully Remote

In this role, you will execute a variety of Lead Generation & Email Marketing Tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the Email marketing process
• Email clients with offers & services
• Track & program followup emails with automation
• Coordinate all activities to generate leads & appointments
• Inform clients and prospects of our products and services
• Track performance of all leads & cold reach-outs

Conditions:

• Full time 5 days a week
• Fully Remote

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree
• 2 + years experience in Email Marketing
• Knowledge of Email Scraping Tools: Familiar with tools like Hunter.io and Snov.io, and how to use them with email platforms like Mailchimp.
• Improving Email Deliverability: Skilled in using services like Mailgun or SendGrid to make sure emails reach inboxes and reduce bounce rates.
• Using Email Automation and Segmentation: Experienced in setting up automated emails and organizing subscriber lists with tools like Mailchimp and Constant Contact.
• Email Verification and List Cleaning: Proficient in checking and cleaning email lists using services like NeverBounce or ZeroBounce.
• Analyzing Email Performance: Able to look at email results and run tests to improve campaigns using features from major email marketing platforms.
• Experience in Canva & Other design tools
• Experience in Bulk Email Tools
• Ability to learn proactively
• Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
• Teamwork and good communication skills
• A self-driven, proactive approach
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
