I am working with a Big 4 Consulting Group who is looking to add two Android Developers to their team on a fully remote basis:

The ideal candidate will have React Native experience, andwill play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless, scalable apps for Android and leverage React Native to deliver cross-platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain native Android applications using Java/Kotlin.
• Build and deploy cross-platform mobile apps using React Native.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to create a seamless user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Implement unit tests to ensure high-quality code and app performance.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in mobile development.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Android Developer using Java and/or Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience with React Native for building cross-platform apps.
• Strong understanding of the Android SDK, Android Studio, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development (TDD).
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices.
• Knowledge of Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
