What you'll do:

• Source, attract, and qualify top talent across a wide range of specialisms, including:
• Card issuing & acquiring (debit, credit, corporate, prepaid, loyalty)
• Crypto (Blockchain, IoT, Web3, NFT)
• Software development (Web3, Payment solutions, Gaming)
• Payment processing & transaction processing
• Payment security (risk, fraud, encryption)
• PSP (payment service providers) & mobile payments
• Money transfer & remittance
• Consulting (business & technical)
• And more!
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates, becoming a trusted advisor
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to identify the perfect fit
• Negotiate competitive offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience

What you'll bring:

• Minimum 2 year of recruitment experience (preferably within the payments sector)
• A proven track record of success in sourcing and placing high-caliber candidates and billing history
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices
• A results-oriented mindset and a hunger to exceed expectations
