What You'll Do:

• Lead & Mentor: Guide and support a team of developers, ensuring successful project delivery and fostering growth.
• Develop High-Quality Apps: Oversee the design, development and maintenance of seamless, high-performing and user-friendly mobile applications.
• Optimize & Troubleshoot: Enhance code efficiency, resolve bugs, and maintain top-notch documentation.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with frontend and backend teams, share feedback, and brainstorm to enhance development processes.
• Cross-Platform Mastery: Build and deploy robust applications for Android, iOS, and Web using Flutter with a single codebase.
• Test: write test cases and create mocks for debugging, enhancing performance, and ensuring reliability.
• Stay Current: Keep up with the latest Flutter framework updates and mobile OS changes.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 4-6 years in software engineering with leadership or mentoring roles.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Dart, Flutter, Pythin and Java.
• Experience with infrastructure automation technologies such as Docker, Vagrant, etc and mobile app shipping tools like Fastlane.
• Knowledge of event-driven programming (BLoC pattern) and MVC.
• Basic understanding of SQL databases.
• Experience building APIs and services using REST, SOAP.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills are a must.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
• Education: BSc/MSc in Computer Science or related field.
