Security Analyst

We are looking for a Security Analyst who will join our Infomation Security team in the Cyprus office.

✅ Responsibilities:

✔ Conduct Security Audits:

• Analyze current systems and infrastructure to ensure compliance with security requirements.

✔ Implement Security Controls:

• Develop and implement security controls to protect data and information.
• Create and manage requests for system modifications to improve security measures.
• Test and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented controls.

✔ Incident Analysis and Risk Management:

• Monitor systems for security incidents, analyze, and respond to identified threats.
• Investigate security incidents and provide reports with recommendations for resolution.

✔ Develop and Update Security Policies:

• Develop and maintain internal security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Educate employees on security fundamentals and compliance with internal rules and policies.

✔ Technical Support and Consulting:

• Provide technical support on security issues to other departments.
• Advise project teams on integrating securitymeasures into developments.

✅ Requirements:

✔ 1-2 years of experience in a security operations or IT security role.

✔ Understanding of information security principles, best practices.

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

✔The ability to convey complex security concepts clearly and understandably to employees at all levels.

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✔ Familiarity with security information and event management (SIEM) tools.

✅ Nice to have:

✔ A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is a plus.

✔ Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as ISO27001, ISO27701, PCI DSS, GDPR, and others is a plus.
