What Were Looking For:

Minimum 6 months of experience in data analysis, data science, or a similar field.

Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Experience working with large datasets and deriving insights for decision-making.

Fluent English communication (required).

Full-time availability.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proactivity, and accountability.

Your Role:

Collaborate with senior data scientists and recruitment teams to optimize candidate matching based on client needs.

Analyze candidate data and develop predictive models to improve recruitment processes.

Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance processes.

Work with global teams to implement data solutions effectively.

Contribute to the continuous development of our data capabilities.
