- Directly oversee planning, design, and implementation of features.
- Actively contribute to coding and development tasks for new features.
- Demonstrate a passion for high-quality, scalable software engineering.
- Communicate effectively within the team and with stakeholders.
- Apply strong analytical skills to solve complex problems with a data-driven approach.
- Prioritize tasks for timely and effective project delivery.
- Lead and inspire the front-end team, fostering a collaborative working environment.
- Bachelors degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
- Proficient in understanding and expressing complex ideas in English, both spoken and written.
- A minimum of 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience using Javascript or Typescript.
- Hands-on experience building modern and scalable Single Page Applications (SPA).
- Hands-on experience in at least one frontend framework: Vue, React or Angular.
- Hands-on experience in writing automated unit tests.
- Exhibits a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Open-minded, humble, self-directed, and a dedicated team collaborator.
- Consistently guides and mentors team members.
- Enthusiastic about creating exceptional User Interfaces and User Experiences.
