One of the leading banks in the Netherlands is seeking a Workplace Security Engineer to ensure a secure and seamless digital workplace for its global workforce. This role is crucial in balancing security with usability, enabling employees to work efficiently from anywhere.

What you will do:

• Enhance and maintain security within Microsoft 365, focusing on Microsoft Defender and Purview.
• Automate security processes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Provide expert third-line support for global service continuity.
• Collaborate with major technology suppliers like Microsoft to optimize security measures.

What we are looking for:

• Five or more years of IT security experience, ideally in the financial sector.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Purview and Defender.
• Background in automation, preferably with Terraform or similar tools.
• A balanced approach to security, considering both protection and usability.

• Initial 12- 18 month contract with the potential to become a permanent employee.

• Competitive salary: €5.060,00 - €6.800,00 gross per month
