- Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with product-related questions and after-sales support
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure high service performance and client satisfaction
- Offer insights and feedback on customer experiences to management for continuous improvement
- Participate in the development of customer service processes to enhance efficiency
- Fluent in Dutch (native level) and proficient in English
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems)
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural experience
