Responsibilities

• Develop, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap based on business goals and customer requirements.
• Ensure thorough documentation and prioritization of user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with development, marketing, and QA teams to drive product delivery and implementation.
• Manage and refine the product backlog, gathering requirements and proposing innovative enhancements.
• Implement Agile methodologies, schedule product demonstrations, and facilitate reviews.
• Uphold rigorous quality standards and oversee product performance to ensure excellence.
• Utilize product metrics for performance analysis and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Manage project budgets for development and testing phases.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management within a technology-focused environment.
• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and proficiency in backlog management.
• Proven track record of successfully launching B2C products.
• Experience in sectors such as Fintech, Web3, or Blockchain/Crypto technologies is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, adept at influencing cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills for tackling complex, ambiguous challenges.
