Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor a team of skilled engineers working on cutting-edge AIML projects.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages continuous learning and development.

Project Management:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure the successful execution of AIML initiatives from conception to deployment.

Strategy and Vision:

• Develop and implement AIML strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the company.

Technical Expertise:

• Bring hands-on experience in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and AI technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven track record as an Engineering Manager with a focus on AIML projects.
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex AIML solutions.

Technical Skills:

• Strong background in AIML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with data engineering and data science practices.
