Role : Security Policy-Palo Alto Engineer III

Location : 100% Remote

Duration : 6 Months

Description

•       Responsible for the enterprise network design process supporting WAN infrastructure. 

•       Researches and recommends updated networking techniques and processes. 

•       Responsible for fulfilling project management role as required. 

•       Provides management with a status of work in progress on a frequency defined by management. 

•       Ensures all work is performed to meet customer satisfaction standards and requirements.

•       Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures and safety rules and regulations. 

•       Performs related duties as assigned.

Experience and Educational Requirements

•       Requires some training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education. 

•       Normally requires a minimum of 10 – 12 years directly related and progressively responsible experience.

Minimum Skills, and Ability Requirements: 

•       Detailed knowledge of applicable computer applications used at AmerisourceBergen, Cisco Routers and Velocloud SD-WAN. 

•       Has End to End Understanding of the Network Infrastructure.s

•       Hand on expertise of WAN and SD-WAN Infrastructure. 

•       L3 Level expertise On Paulo Alto NSXT Firewall

•       Bandwidth Shaping

•       Traffic Control

•       Security Firewall control Management

•       Encryption Decryption / FRP

•       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

•       Ability to work effectively with all Levels of management.

•       Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines. 

•       Good group presentation skills. 

•       Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. 

•       Strong organizational skills; attention to detail. 

•       Strong interpersonal skills.
