Salary Range: $3.000 to $4.500 Usd Based on experience

Position Open Only for LATAM Region and The Philippines

Duties And Responsibilities

Monitor antivirus and malware protection logs

• Review and respond to security alerts and incidents
• Monitor and maintain Microsoft Secure Score
• Review and implement privacy and compliance recommendations
• Track and manage data loss prevention (DLP) policies
• Monitor guest accounts and external sharing activities
• Regularly audit user permissions and access controls
• Monitor activity logs for unusual or suspicious behavior
• Ensure encryption policies are enforced for data protection
• Review and act on Microsoft 365 service health alerts and reports
  
  

Requirements

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
• Experience:
• 4-5 years of IT management experience, including overseeing IT infrastructure, systems, and teams.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of network administration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), system security, and troubleshooting enterprise hardware/software.
• MS365 Tenant Maintenance Experience
• Leadership:
• Proven ability to manage IT teams, delegate tasks, and lead projects.
• Project Management:
• Experience in managing IT projects, budgeting, and ensuring timely completion.
• Security & Compliance:
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Communication:
• Excellent communication skills to work with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
