Your Next Hire are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Lead Engineer / Lead Developer to join one of the UK's most established SaaS providers who are in the midst of an exciting growth phase. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the design, implementation, and monitoring of innovative products in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take a hands-on approach to designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to provide technical expertise and solutions.
• Lead design review processes and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture patterns.
• Mentor and support the technical development of team members, setting clear objectives and tracking progress.
• Identify and address technical debt within the system.
• Contribute to architecture-focused roadmaps and define the architecture of critical systems.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience working with a range of technologies including C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, Angular, Microservices, MS SQL Server
• Proven ability to mentor and guide technical teams, setting and measuring performance objectives.
• Experience with numerous architectural patterns - Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, DDD
• Experience working within an Agile environment and contributing to multi-disciplinary teams.
