Project Description:
As a part of our growing cooperation with a small and well organized US based Investment Bank we are building a team to deliver on a set of regulatory requirements.
Project to be built from scratch by one agile team, based on technology already used by customer.
Responsibilities:
- Requirement gathering, system analysis, functional and technical specifications development
- Partnering with business teams to clearly document requirements and workflows for new developments
- Helping write JIRA stories for the workstreams as needed
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders in the business
- Delving into complex system infrastructure
- Working with the development teams to ensure business needs are met
Mandatory Skills Description:
- 5+ years of proven experience in Business Analysis
- Experience in Capital Markets, particularly in Regulatory Reporting
- Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and translating user needs into Functional Specifications.
- Expertise in identifying, documenting, and validating Non-functional requirements
- Strong Knowledge of SDLC
- Familiar with Data Exchange Methods: REST, queues, and other integration mechanisms.
- Comprehensive Understanding of Data Formats: XML, JSON, CSV
- Strong understanding of Data Mapping, Validation, and ETL challenges
- Knowledge of SQL
- Proficiency in Visualization Tools: Visio, Draw.io, or similar software to create comprehensive diagrams and process flows.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
- Hands-on experience with Murex
- Technical background
