About the Role

As an AI Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Enhancing pre-trained language models to improve interaction capabilities.
• Equipping models with the ability to interface seamlessly with external tools.
• Aligning and fine-tuning models based on real-world feedback and custom annotation processes.
• Designing and implementing annotation strategies to optimize model performance.

What You’ll Need

• Strong scientific understanding of generative AI, with experience in fine-tuning and deploying language models.
• High technical engineering competence, including the ability to design scalable, production-ready software systems.
• Experience navigating the MLOps stack, with a focus on architecture development, model evaluation, and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Jax) and large distributed systems.
