Unity Developer with Focus on Editor Tools

Experienced Unity Developer to take care of in-house Unity Editor tools and add-ons.

We are developing a cross-platform (mobile, PC, consoles) social MMO game / social platform where UGC, player-driven in-game economy and social aspects are in the core experience. Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced Unity Developer to join our Unity development team and take ownership of the Unity Editor tools and add-ons. Additionally, the developer will help the rest of the team developing our upcoming game.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years Unity experience, particularly with writing Unity Editor Scripts, automating editor tasks, and integrating the editor with external systems. This also includes augmenting the Unity Editor with custom UI, menu items, etc... to streamline the task performed by both our Art and Sw Development teams.
• Experience in interfacing with custom APIs, good grasp of both C# and JSON data structures
• Experience with standard industry practices: Git, git workflows, kanban/agile

Good to have, but not a must:

• Experience in the gaming industry, especially realtime multiplayer
• Experience in UI programming, especially Unity UI Toolkit
