Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Delta One Trader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systematic trading and possess comprehensive knowledge of futures in one or more of the following areas: FX, Crypto, Commodities, or Equities. With 3 to 6 years of relevant experience, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our trading strategies and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize delta one trading strategies across various asset classes.
• Manage and execute trades in futures markets with a focus on FX, Crypto, Commodities, or Equities.
• Monitor market trends, analyze data, and identify trading opportunities.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers and developers to improve trading algorithms and platforms.
• Maintain risk management practices to ensure adherence to trading limits and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our trading systems and infrastructure.
• Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in delta one trading, with a strong emphasis on systematic trading strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of futures markets, preferably in FX, Crypto, Commodities, or Equities.
• Proven track record of generating alpha and managing trading risks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
