We're helping out a Cyber Security Product-based Tech organisation to scale in Greece building their Tech Hub in Thessaloniki. The company wants to start building their GR team top-down and looking for a talented CTO to join them.

The company is a multinational Cyber Security Platform & Services provider with over 20 years history of helping out Banking & FinTech to secure their clients' transactions and accounts management.

The role:

At this point, they want to build the their GR team top down and they are on the lookout for their CTO who will help them out grow the tech teams, while also play a key role in guiding them and defining the Tech strategy and vision of the business.

In this role, we are on the lookout for an experienced Tech Leader who will play a key role in guiding Tech Teams, Defining the Tech strategy and vision of the GR Dpt. and will support the Business Development activities next to the CEO

What is needed:

-A strong SW Engineering Background ideally, in Software or Systems/DevOps roles

-Strong Leadership skills; Minimum of 4 years in a Leadership role (CTO, Tech Lead, even Team Lead or Architect)

-Broad Technological understanding around Back / Front tech & ideally, DevOps practices

-A People's Manager; someone who can motivate teams and build trust and relationships among their Engineers

Location:

Thessaloniki/Hybrid (relocation package can be provided)

If you are from Athens and you are willing to travel one week per month / its also fine!
