Director of Product Management (Blockchain)

This client is one of the leading infrastructure platform providing scalable and easy-to-use APIs and cloud solutions for web3 developers. Most of their employees operate fully remotely and we are looking for staff across a number of disciplines with this top tier client.

Responsibilities

You will lead a team of product managers in creating, defining, and owning the success of all company products and new features. You will work alongside your team in making sure we are delivering with the best product management practices while guiding your team's growth and supporting their needs. You will be a key stakeholder in the future vision of the company by providing advanced understanding of the state of the product, the people who use it, and the technology we serve. As the supporter of your team and the product you will be a partner across all business units within the company.

Requirements

• Experience leading a product management function or team
• Love of growing a global team and seeing your people succeed
• Experience answering “what should we work on”
• Experience answering “why should we work on this”
• Bonus points, but not necessary, for experience working on a major cloud service provider and or developer tools as a service provider
