Role Overview

ADI Digi is seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Lead with strong product development expertise, ideally with Product Owner experience and a background in AI, including ChatGPT. This leadership role will drive technical strategy, solution delivery, and team collaboration across our product range, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with client needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture and Design
• Lead solution design that meets client requirements, ensuring scalability and alignment with industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain architectural guidelines and technical roadmaps that support both product growth and AI integration.
• Leadership and Team Development
• Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Set technical standards and inspire best practices across in-house and outsourced teams, ensuring project alignment and high performance.
• Product Development and Strategy
• Work closely with product teams to prioritize development initiatives that align with business goals and user needs.
• Act as a Product Owner when needed, translating client and business requirements into clear, actionable tasks.
• Leverage expertise in AI, especially with tools like ChatGPT, to enhance product capabilities and drive innovation.
• Technical Coordination and Oversight
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure effective implementation and technical alignment across projects.
• Oversee project timelines, resources, and technical milestones, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery.
• Client and Product Team Collaboration
• Engage with product and client teams to capture and refine technical requirements, translating them into robust solutions.
• Serve as a technical advisor in client discussions, particularly around AI and other emerging technologies.
• Quality Assurance and Testing Support
• Collaborate with QA teams to establish testing protocols, validate solution quality, and manage issue resolution.
• Conduct code reviews and uphold coding standards and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement and Innovation
• Monitor industry trends, particularly in AI and product development, recommending new approaches to enhance product offerings.
• Implement tools and processes that improve development efficiency, solution quality, and AI integration.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 5+ years in a technical lead, solutions architect, or similar role, with a strong focus on product development, team leadership, and AI technologies.
• Leadership Skills:
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire technical teams, promoting collaboration and excellence.
• Experience setting technical standards and guiding teams to achieve shared goals.
• Product Development Skills:
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar, with an ability to align development with business objectives.
• Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks, especially ChatGPT and generative AI.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong background in solution architecture, systems design, and software development best practices.
• Proficiency with development tools (e.g., Git, Jira) and familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Solid understanding of quality assurance methodologies.
• Communication: Excellent ability to convey technical, product, and leadership concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Advanced troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills for complex technical and team-related challenges.
