Job Overview:

Manage the Loyalty Program to achieve objectives consistent with the company's strategic goals.

The Loyalty Program functions as a mechanism to facilitate customer acquisition and retention. Our program operates across two brokerage firms, including one based in Europe, and includes multiple elements designed to enhance the service we provide to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Management of product backlog and prioritization
• Ideas validation including AB testing
• Resolving issues
• Ongoing interaction with developers, analysts and testers (writing requirements, sprints definition, supporting)
• Roll outs
• Pricing optimization
• Managing of bonus campaigns including operations to give bonuses and expiration of them
• Market researches, Customer and Sales feedback getting
• Competitive research and Product performance measurement
• Unit economics
• Definition of product roadmaps
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years product management in b2c
• Complete understanding product management framework:
• Strategic product activities
• Inbound activities
• Outbound activities
• Relevant higher education
• Knowledge of self-serve product analytical tools (Mix Panel, Amplitude)
• Agile methodology, Jira software
• Interpersonal skills and developing relationships with team members and customers
• Presentation and organizational skills
• Working with cross-functional teams
• Upper-Intermediate English and fluent Russian

• Understanding of trading (forex, CFD, shares, indices, etc)
• Technical background
