.NET Developer (Part Time)

This is a part time job that requires 2-3 hours of engagement per day.

Salary: 140 - 170 PLN/h (B2B)

Form of work: Fully remote

• The project is based on an older tool, which has been running effectively, but with evolving technologies and the rising cost of maintenance, it requires ongoing support.

• You will be working with outdated technologies and libraries, such as Telerik 2018, and will need to adapt to a legacy codebase.

Responsibilities:

• Support and Maintenance: Address and resolve issues with the existing tool, ensuring it remains functional and efficient.
• Minor Development & Refactoring: Implement small-scale development tasks and refactor legacy code where needed.
• Documentation: Document changes, processes, and technical decisions to maintain clarity and ensure knowledge transfer.

Technical Stack:

• Technologies: ASP.NET, Telerik (2018 version), .NET Framework 4.6.2 (legacy codebase)
• Legacy Code: The code contains outdated programming patterns, with many areas of the code currently unused.
• Development Environment: The tool requires Visual Studio 2017 for building, debugging, and developing due to compatibility issues with newer versions of the IDE.
