IT Level 1 Support (m/f/d) (Local IT Specialist)

Your Tasks:

• User support in all IT relevant topics with focus on Microsoft up to the Office application
• Maintenance, installation and configuration of the network and clients as well as the entire periphery (printer, copier, etc.) at the Timisoara site
• Procurement and management of hardware
• Support of the central IT at the Headquarter in Munich
• Coordination of tasks according to priorities

Your Capabilities:

• Completed studies or comparable education in the field of computer science
• Several years of experience in Microsoft environments
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems (SRV 2016/19/22, Win10/11)
• Structured, accurate and independent way of working
• Team player and strong communication skills
• Very good knowledge of English
