🧑‍💼 Who will I report to & work with?

• You’ll be reporting directly to the founding team who has a combined 30+ years of property experience and 40+ years of experience in software development & software solutions.
• The 3 founding members are all still actively involved in the business, giving you a direct “seat at the table” as they say, and the chance to build a career in a company where you can make a real difference and not just be a number.
• Besides the founding team, you will also be working closely with a world-class product team and a phenomenal commercialization partner company, that is responsible for our marketing, sales & customer success.

• Has extensive technical experience & experience working with large-scale Laravel applications
• Great at solving complex problems and data flows

• Has extensive knowledge of PHP, Laravel, Vue.JS, and SQL
• Has some experience with docker & CI/CD pipelines

🎩 Main Responsibilities:

What are the types of things that you would be responsible for?

• Drive technical design & breakdown of allocated work
• Assist product manager with estimations & be responsible for delivery of outcomes
• Write good quality, secure, testable & scalable code & help solve hard technical problems & workflows.
• Work closely with other team members to move stuff forward
• Work with QA to ensure the right test cases and automated testing is in place for new features.
• Conduct code reviews on colleague's code
• Stay up to date with the latest trends & best practices in mobile technology and especially PHP & Laravel.
• Add value wherever you can on a wider company level, based on previous experience, lessons learned and what you personally bring to the team.

• We will work with you to craft a realistic onboarding roadmap
• Typically we’ll have fixed goals for responsibility take-on after 1, 3, 6 & 12 months
• We’ll provide extensive domain training to help you understand our end users
