Senior Quality Assurance Engineer m/f/d

Your Task Scope:

• Jointly design and execute quality assurance strategies and processes for a cross-functional development team.
• Engage with product managers and development engineers to conceive dedicated quality assurance measures based on requirements.
• Adapt test activities to the ever-growing portion of our SaaS business.
• Nurture the test-driven development paradigm and facilitate activities which raise test coverage and keep it at a high level.
• Collaborate in a hybrid setting with colleagues spread across Timișoara, Cham, Munich, and Berlin.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance.

Your Capabilities:

• University degree in Computer Science, in a related field, or comparable education.
• 10+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably working on product lines.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies in a cloud environment.
• Experienced and knowledgeable in CI/CD and different testing strategies and techniques, as well as with Java, gRPC, Flutter, Docker, Monitoring and cloud architectures.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); German skills represent an advantage.
