Flutter Developer

🚀 Are you a Flutter developer looking to join a leading FinTech company?

We're looking for a remote Flutter whiz to join a fantastic team of engineers on a remote basis. If you want to help solve challenging problems and take part in building an exciting payment product - we want to chat with you.

About You:

• 5+ years experience in software development (ideally in mobile)
• 3+ years of experience in Flutter and Dart development
• Experience with E2E testing frameworks (ie. Patrol, Appium or Maestro)
• Familiarity with various monitoring tools
• Proficiency in the following: CI/CD pipelines, data binding, reactive programming, custom widget development, push notification setup, app size optimization
• Effective English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience working in a remote environment

About the Role:

• Build intuitive UI/UX for customer-facing features and internal tools.
• Develop modular, reusable components for our mobile applications.
• Optimize app performance and scalability to deliver outstanding user experiences.
• Architect a secure and efficient codebase, ensuring maintainability.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and implement reliable solutions.
• Establish and maintain automated testing systems for robust code coverage.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Backend teams to deliver on our roadmap.
• Enhance logging, monitoring, and application performance management (APM) tools.
• Define and enforce mobile development best practices.
• Stay informed about advancements in Flutter and mobile development technologies.
• Build and manage packages and federated plugins for the Flutter ecosystem.
• Implement secure authentication mechanisms, such as OAuth, JWT, and Firebase.
• Ensure seamless user experiences with efficient data management and error handling.
• Optimize API interactions for low latency and minimal bandwidth usage.
