Job Description
- Manage KVI’s Global Mobility Programs, ensuring seamless execution across regions, including cost estimates, agreements, reporting, and documentation compliance with global mobility policies.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams (P&C, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, etc.) to support onboarding, lifecycle management, repatriation, and localization of assignments.
- Coordinate with external providers for destination services, tax, immigration, and relocation support, ensuring high-quality service delivery within timelines and agreed service levels.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of global mobility policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory changes and addressing emerging mobility challenges.
- Provide expert guidance on global mobility, oversee compliance with tax, immigration, and labor laws, and manage financial aspects such as payroll, expenses, and invoice processing.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR Administration, preferably in Global Mobility or Expatriate Management.
- Strong organizational skills, process-oriented, and able to work independently with high quality standards.
- Interest in the industrial environment and adaptable to evolving needs.
- Open-minded, trustworthy, discreet, and a collaborative team player.
- Able to make independent decisions within defined parameters and contribute to departmental goals.
