Responsibilities
- Solve complex challenges to uncover customer insights and drive product adoption.
- Leverage quantitative analysis, data mining, and machine learning to develop models that shape product strategy and priorities.
- Develop machine learning pipelines that support data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with senior leaders across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Design to ensure strategic, data-informed choices.
- Lead and mentor team members, driving ML-powered features on our Digital Customer Platform.
- BS or MS or PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science).
- 5+ years of experience designing and deploying machine learning solutions.
- Expertise in Large Language Models (e.g., RAG, Generative AI) and NLP.
- Strong proficiency in SQL/NoSQL, big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), and programming (Python preferred).
- Experience with data science tools (Pandas, Jupyter, TensorFlow) and machine learning techniques.
- Cloud computing experience (AWS) and familiarity with MLOps.
