Identity Access Management Engineer

Our client, a globally leading Financial Services firm are looking to hire a specialist within their Security team to be responsible for their IAM function across projects, governance, policies and procedures.

You will provide guidance over identity and access management within the organization by developing, maintaining, and actively managing IAM security controls and own and manage the identity and access management related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing IAM policies and procedures for user authentication, authorization, and identity management.
• Manage IAM projects and program.
• Providing guidance for user access and permissions on active directory, provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts
• Resolve identity duplicates and conflicts. Perform provision and integrate new systems with the IAM structure
• Manage the data feeds into IAM and distribution to target systems
• Management of the Single Sign-On, federation, authentication, and authorization systems
• Monitoring and support auditing user access to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations

Key Skills/Experience Required

• Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline: IT management, Information Security, Business Management or equivalent (must have)
• 10 years of diverse information security experience
• 4-5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial/senior responsibilities
• Excellent knowledge of common IT and information security technologies

Please note - this role is based in Doha, Qatar and requires full-time working on site. Relocation costs and visas are included as part of this package.
