- Experience: Over 5 years in backend software development, ideally in a high-growth startup environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in programming languages and tools such as Python, React, React Native, AWS, Postgres, and JavaScript.
- Problem-Solving: Strong aptitude for tackling challenging problems and a commitment to taking ownership of your work.
- Communication: Effective communication skills, enabling you to deliver solutions swiftly.
- Product Focus: Strong product instincts with a user-first mindset in designing technical solutions.
- Team Player: A collaborative attitude that enhances the performance of those around you.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the sports/trading card industry is a plus.
