What you will do:

• Develop and maintain robust backend services with Python, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Leverage advanced JavaScript knowledge to create engaging and responsive user interfaces, with a preference for experience in TypeScript and frameworks like Svelte or React.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs, applying best practices to ensure security, reliability, and accessibility.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of machine learning models and pipelines, enhancing our capabilities in predictive analytics and intelligent solutions.

Who you are:

• You have deep understanding of Python for backend development, scripting, and possibly machine learning operations.
• Experienced with JavaScript; Proficient in developing, deploying, and maintaining JS applications.
• Have solid knowledge of TypeScript and popular frameworks like Svelte or React would be beneficial.
• Have experience in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs. Understanding of best practices, authentication mechanisms, and data structures.
• You have a genuine and deep interest in Gen AI. While hands-on experience is ideal but not mandatory, you should demonstrate a strong understanding of its concepts, such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, fine-tuning techniques, etc. You should have actively followed the latest advancements and understand its broader impact. A curious mindset and a willingness to stay up-to-date with this rapidly evolving field are essential.

Good to have skills:

• Experience with Azure cloud services (App Service, Cosmos DB, Azure Functions).
• Experience with Azure AI services: Azure Face API, Vision, Form Recognizer, AI Search, ML Studio.
• Experience with AWS Textract, Recoknition, Bedrock
• Data Structures: Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Data Pipelines: Experience with Apache Airflow or similar workflow management tools.
• Databases: Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and database optimization.
• ETL Processes: Knowledge of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and tools.
• Familiarity with AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
• Familiarity with Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Machine Learning Models and Pipelines: hands-on experience in developing and deploying ML models using frameworks such as LlamaIndex, Transformers, or similar.
• The role demands a strong understanding of model optimization, transfer learning, and other advanced topics in machine learning.
