Rapid Global Growth (RGG), the innovative force powering successful e-commerce brands like Puffy, is seeking an exceptional Senior Graphic Designer to join our Design team in Dubai. In this role, you'll focus on creating visually compelling, brand-consistent vector illustrations, high-quality image manipulations, and engaging social media content for our DTC product brands. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with digital marketers and stakeholders to conceptualize and implement creative visual solutions that resonate with target audiences and drive performance.
• Deliver high-quality vector illustrations, image manipulations, and social media graphics that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and visual metrics to inform data-driven design decisions.
• Work closely with development teams (where applicable) to ensure seamless integration of design assets across digital platforms.
• Continuously refine and optimize design strategies by leveraging feedback, A/B testing, and best practices in conversion-focused design.
• Use AI tools and new design technologies to create high-quality designs while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging techniques to keep creative output fresh, impactful, and competitive.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on vector illustration, image editing, and DTC branding.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), with proven capabilities in creating scalable vector graphics and performing advanced image manipulations.
• Experience designing compelling social media graphics and campaign assets that enhance conversion rates and brand visibility.
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and responsive layouts.
• Ability to use data insights and analytics to make informed, user-centered design decisions.
• Excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

Beneficial Skills:

• Bonus points if you have experience with Figma, and AI Tools (Claude & Chat GPT).
• A portfolio showcasing exceptional vector illustrations, image manipulations, and creative branding solutions.
