Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems using PHP frameworks like CodeIgniter and Laravel.
- Build RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications.
- Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of backend systems.
- Develop and enhance user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern libraries/frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility for web applications.
- Database Management : Design and manage relational databases, ensuring high performance and data integrity.
- Write optimized SQL queries and manage database schemas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and other developers, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain code quality and performance standards.
- Take ownership of projects from inception to deployment, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality benchmarks.
- Develop new features and maintain existing ones for various web applications, mobile apps, and e-commerce platforms.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into ongoing projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Document development processes and codebase changes effectively.
- Proficiency in PHP and experience with frameworks like CodeIgniter and Laravel.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, Vue.js, Angular).
- Hands-on experience with MySQL and other relational databases.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party API integrations.
- Version control systems knowledge, especially Git.
- Experience with cloud services and hosting platforms is a plus (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
