As the Marketing Lead in Yolo, you’ll be responsible for collaborating with the CMO and Director of Casino to craft a comprehensive marketing strategy for Bitcasino, while also engaging with other stakeholders and cross-functional teams within the organization.


We are looking to team up with someone who has experience in online casino marketing and possesses a deep understanding of the audience and customers. They should be able to identify the ideal player profile and have knowledge of various marketing channels. This person should also be crypto-savvy and aware of the web3 world, with some understanding of tokens. Above all, excellent communication skills are essential.

✍️ Your daily tasks in more detail

  • Work with CMO and Director of Casino to develop a comprehensive Bitcasino marketing strategy, including positioning strategy, multi-geo strategy, competitor analysis and geographical expansion.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams like casino ops, product development and management to align strategies and initiatives to business objectives.
  • Work together with the Content Marketing team and acquisition team to ensure consistency in marketing messages and brand comms across different partnerships, portals, communities and networks.
  • Provide the link between Marketing and Product Development – prioritising external and internal marketing tools and feature development.
  • Work closely with CRM team to monitor, optimise and improve conversion rates, churn rates, and player values in relation to marketing activities.
  • Analyse marketing programs and adjust strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness (improved ROI) to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Stay current on the Casino Marketing industry trends.
  • Construct post-event reports, provide analysis, and prepare regular status and performance reports on Casino Marketing activities.
  • Oversee marketing assets for the global marketing team, driving the vision of the brand through these assets. This includes overseeing landing pages development and content.
  • Lead and oversee all marketing initiatives for the new beta Bitcasino site, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement for both the beta Bitcasino site and the new Bitcasino token.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities within the cryptocurrency and online gaming space.


✔️ What we expect from you

  • Minimum 4 years experience in the iGaming industry, 2 years of strategic Casino brand marketing management role.
  • Strong brand building/management experience.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Good understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and Web3 concepts.
  • Understanding of digital acquisition, retention, affiliates, SEO, content, UX, SoMe, PR.
  • Strong understanding of ads metrics (CPI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROI, LTV).
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and successfully launch new products and partnerships in an agile environment.
  • Experienced in targeted and performance-driven digital marketing in a fast-growing business;
  • Numerically minded when reviewing campaigns and analysing data.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record in successful execution of building a marketing team and delivering results.
