Remote IT Systems Administrator

We are currently searching for a Remote IT Systems Administrator:

Responsibilities

• Administer Atlassian products, including Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Crowd.
• Perform system administration tasks such as setting up projects, maintaining Agile team data, and configuring Scrum/Kanban boards.
• Manage AWS VPC hosting for Data Center versions of Atlassian products, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Administer GitHub, including creating teams, managing access, and troubleshooting user permissions.
• Conduct system maintenance tasks, such as updating add-ons, removing unused components, and reclaiming licenses.
• Apply Data Center guardrails and best practices to maintain platform stability and performance.
  
  

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an Atlassian Administrator.
• Strong proficiency in system administration of Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Crowd.
• Knowledge of AWS VPC for hosting and maintaining Data Center versions of Atlassian products.
• Experience with GitHub administration and user access management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
