What You'll Do
- Define the product vision and create strategic roadmaps aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Translate complex customer requirements into technical specifications, collaborating with engineering, data science, and UX/UI teams.
- Prioritize product development through detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes.
- Manage the product backlog to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Conduct market analysis, gather user feedback, and align product enhancements with stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate across internal and external teams to solve customer problems and deliver products that drive measurable impact.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in the mining industry and another 3+ years in digital solutions.
- Strong knowledge of technology, data management, and modern software applications.
- Expertise in Lean, Agile, or Scrum product management methodologies.
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills.
- Technical proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, and platforms like Jira, Confluence, Adobe XD, and Figma.
- Outstanding problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel internationally and to remote locations as needed.
