A major UK based tech company is looking to put together a tech team for a new short-term project they are looking to undertake to start work on a key new feature. This is a fully remote position, and open to anyone in Europe. For UK candidates, this role is inside IR35

You will be:

• Working as part of a team of 6 Developers, building out a new core feature for their existing product
• Utilizing AGILE best-practices to collaborate in 2 week sprint cycles
• Take part in decisions related to the new product
• Gather requirements and scope out projects with the rest of the team
• Work closely with other development teams, designers, QA and others to deliver a finished solution

Requirements:

• 6+ years experience in Software Engineering, 3+ years working with Go
• Experience writing large-scale, web-based applications in Golang and practical experience with web architecture at scale
• Strong understanding of DevOps with AWS, including a deep understanding of EC2, S3, Load Balancing etc
• Prior experience working on applications that have a userbase of 1m+
