Customer Relationship Management Manager

Our E-Commerce client is looking for freelance support to fill the role of CRM Manager. The focus will be on e-mail advertising and tracking.

In this project, your tasks are these:

• Define our local CRM direct communication for specific segments; C2C, B2C, or B2B
• Translate customer research and analytics into impactful recommendations and results
• Orchestrate CRM activities - designing, building, and launching CRM campaigns
• Outline opportunities to improve direct communication across personalization, dynamic content management, etc.
• Measure, monitor, and report the development of channels based on critical metrics

In this project we are looking for:

• Strong knowledge of email marketing
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe campaigns or similar platform
• Excellent project management skills, familiar with agile working environments
• Excellent communication skills
• Tech Stack/ Tools: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Webtrekk, Tableau, Power BI
