DeFi Engineer Role @ MEV Market Maker

Plexus has teamed up a boutique and innovative crypto research trading company. They are at the forefront of the emerging blockchain financial markets by revolutionising the MEV space. A small team of 6-people are now looking for their next hire – A strong engineer:

The Role:

• Strong Engineer, Rust experience needed
• Reth experience is a must, any experience (does not need to be professional)!
• Someone ready to start hands-on and help grow the team out
• An opportunity to join a market maker/R&D firm at early stage and grow
• No prior trading experience needed!

Fully remote! – (as long as able to be contactable during some European hours)

In short, we are looking for someone with a high-risk mindset, a desire to be hands on with the project, to think about where they are going etc. An actual decision maker in addition to be an excellent executor!

Salary is up ~$140k + Equity + Bonus
