Art Director (3D team)

We are looking for a talented and experienced professional to obtain the role of Art Director for 3D team. 

Our client is an international iGaming company, renowned for their innovative approach to casino creation. With a portfolio boasting over 40 cutting-edge products across 10+ different markets, our client is a leader in delivering bespoke solutions tailored to their customers' needs.

Position is in Limassol, Cyprus (RELOCATION SUPPORT PROVIDED).

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within advertising production or creative agencies.
• In-depth knowledge of 3D design and motion graphics workflows, tools, and pipelines (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, After Effects).
• Strong ability to conceptualize and direct visually compelling 3D and motion assets.
• Proven expertise in supervising 3D projects, ensuring aesthetic consistency and high-quality standards.
• Familiarity with technical aspects of 3D production, including rendering optimization and asset management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and managing diverse creative teams.
• A good eye for design, composition, and storytelling through visuals.
• Ability to manage timelines and resources effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Awareness of emerging trends in 3D and motion design across global markets.
• Proficiency in English (at least B1 level).

Responsibilities:

• Provide artistic leadership for 3D and motion design projects, driving the creative vision from concept to delivery.
• Oversee the creation of 3D visuals and animations for advertising and marketing campaigns, ensuring all outputs align with the project’s creative goals.
• Collaborate with producers and clients to translate briefs into innovative visual concepts.
• Guide and supervise the work of 3D designers, animators, and motion artists, offering constructive feedback and maintaining quality.
• Develop and refine pipelines and workflows to improve production efficiency.
• Conduct reviews of 3D and motion assets to ensure they meet quality, technical, and creative standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and creative problem-solving.
• Stay informed about advancements in 3D and motion design technologies and propose integration into workflows as appropriate.
