Are you passionate about building scalable systems and empowering cutting-edge technology? We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join a team of 13 talented engineers. This role reports directly to the CTO and offers an opportunity to shape the future of decentralized machine learning.

What You’ll Do:
- Contribute to the development, deployment, and ongoing monitoring of our mainnet and internal products.
- Ensure observability and manage deployments for a sophisticated, distributed system.
- Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines and build infrastructure.
- Create and support internal tools to enhance developer productivity.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7–12 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in deploying large-scale workloads to cloud providers (AWS preferred, GCP acceptable).
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Solid computer science fundamentals: algorithms, runtime complexity, distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with Python, shell scripting, and Linux.
- Experience managing open-source observability systems like OTel or Prometheus.
- Familiarity with provisioning and managing on-prem Linux servers.
- Exposure to machine learning workflows.
- Startup experience and excellent communication skills.
- Fully remote work environment, with team members across the globe
