Senior Data Analyst (Based in Abu Dhabi)

We are partnered with a Top Crypto Exchange to hire for a talented and experienced Data Analyst to join their expanding engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with big data, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Please note that the role is based on-site in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Relocation assistance will be provided to the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive monitoring and analysis framework aligned with business goals to identify and address business issues.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business problems, providing data-driven recommendations to support operational decisions, marketing strategies, and product directions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, product) to define data product requirements and facilitate implementation.
• Lead training sessions on data analysis concepts, tools, and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, IT, economics, or related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in digital currency, internet, or e-commerce is a plus.
• Strong logical analysis, data sensitivity, and ability to identify trends and root causes in large datasets.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, PPT, Tableau, and other data extraction and visualization tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create detailed business data analysis reports.
• Solid business acumen and the ability to derive insights that drive business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working on cross-functional projects.
