Role Overview:

As Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing complex, cross-functional programs that align with the company’s business objectives. You will work closely with senior leadership, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery, manage risks, and drive key initiatives forward. You will also oversee a small team of project managers. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of the finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of major, cross-functional programs within the finance division.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including finance, operations, technology, and senior stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
• Monitor program performance, providing regular updates on progress, managing risks, and proactively solving issues to ensure objectives are met.
• Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture.
• Ensure that all programs comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in program management, ideally within the finance or financial services industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello) and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
