Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the functionality, reliability, and quality of our core systems, including our CRM and websites. As a QA Tester, you will play an integral part in delivering a seamless and error-free experience to our users by identifying and addressing issues throughout the entire development and deployment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive testing routines (manual and automated) to validate the functionality of the company's core systems.
• Conduct daily tests in both staging and production environments to ensure system quality and reliability.
• Identify and meticulously test all system components, including user interfaces, workflows, buttons, and data accuracy, ensuring every detail functions as expected.
• Proactively monitor, log, and report bugs or issues in a timely manner, including those detected post-deployment.
• Collaborate closely with technical and product teams to align testing processes with project requirements and timelines.
• Implement or leverage automated testing tools (coding or no-code platforms) to streamline and optimize the testing process.
• Maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures, findings, and resolution actions.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and tools in quality assurance and incorporate them into the testing process when relevant.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in software quality assurance, with expertise in both manual and automated testing processes. (compulsory)
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to convey technical issues clearly and effectively (Compulsory).
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify issues in complex systems.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) and/or no-code platforms (e.g., TestProject, Katalon) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and the critical role of QA in the software lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, especially with technical and product teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in testing CRM systems and/or web applications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and their implementation in QA workflows.
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for creating automated test scripts.
• Experience using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar for bug tracking and project management.
• Understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform testing.

• Full-time position with 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday (Spanish time and holidays), offering a flexible, full remote work environment.
