Take your career to the next level as a Software Developer in a dynamic Core Banking team. This organization is at the forefront of financial technology, known for reliability and innovation. You’ll work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, using Java and React to create robust backend services and user-friendly frontend solutions. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to mission-critical projects that shape the future of financial services.

You will:

• Design and develop Java-based backend services.
• Implement user-friendly frontend applications using React.
• Contribute to the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from design to deployment.
• Utilize Git for version control and team collaboration.
• Solve technical challenges and enhance system performance.
• Participate in code reviews and share knowledge within the team.

Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java (backend) and React, JavaScript, and TypeScript (frontend).
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software engineering best practices.
• Expertise in object-oriented concepts, design patterns, and architectures.
• Domain knowledge in Credit Cards, POS Management, Retail Loans, or Treasury products is a plus.

Salary / Remuneration: €60,000 - €70,000 Gross Per Year + Highly competitive bonus program
