About The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled hands-on CTO to guide our development and drive the technical implementation of our groundbreaking products. As a CTO, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our technology stack and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Development: Contribute to the codebase, setting standards for quality, maintainability, and scalability.
• Architecture & Design: Collaborate with the Product and other stakeholders to define and evolve the system architecture, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and technical best practices.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of features and milestones.
• Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges, proposing innovative solutions.
• Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for enhancing Greenny's products.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and mentorship to the development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven Experience: 5+ years of software development experience, with a strong background in Node.js, React Native, Next.js, or similar technologies.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of web and mobile development principles, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and software architecture.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a development team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Problem-Solving Aptitude: A strong analytical mindset and the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Passion for Green Tech: A genuine interest in sustainability and a desire to contribute to a greener future.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A willingness to take on the risks and rewards associated with working in a pre-funded startup environment.
