Job Description:
- Location: Fully remote, Central Europe Time Zone
- Start date: ASAP
- Languages: English is mandatory
- Manage and maintain Oracle databases (11g, 12c, 19c) in multitenant environments across Exadata and virtual machines (Linux and Windows).
- Administer databases running on ASM with RAC 19c and NetApp storage with Data Guard.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetApp filesystems, Data Guard, ASM, RAC, locking, and performance using Oracle Enterprise Manager, SQL Developer, and AWR.
- Upgrade databases to 19c.
- Execute RMAN weekly refreshes manually or through Ansible automation.
- Assist with VM hypervisor migrations.
- Create and maintain work instruction documents.
- Duplicate and recover databases using RMAN.
- Provide technical support to EBS & FMW technical and development teams.
- Apply security patches regularly.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle database administration (11g, 12c, 19c) in multitenant and RAC environments.
- Experience with Exadata, ASM, Data Guard, and NetApp storage.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and performance tuning using Oracle Enterprise Manager, SQL Developer, and AWR.
- Experience with database upgrades and RMAN refreshes.
- Familiarity with Ansible automation and VM hypervisor migrations.
- Ability to create clear and concise work instruction documents.
- Strong understanding of database security and patching.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
