System Engineer

✅ Responsibilities:

✔️ Support and maintenance of existing company infrastructure.

✔️ Participation in the arrangement of workplaces: setup, connection, installation of applications.

✔️ Monitoring and managing IT systems.

✔️ Primary diagnostics of equipment malfunctions, ensuring the operability and safety of the company’s network.

✔️ Setting up and maintenance of peripheral equipment, service.

✔️ Inventory of IT equipment.

✔️ Setting up servers and network equipment.

✔️ Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies

✔️ Prompt troubleshooting.

✅ Requirements:

✔️ Knowledge of Linux Ubuntu, Windows 10, MacOS

✔️ Work experience with Firewall, VPN (L2TP, IPSec\OpenVPN)

✔️ Understanding of work principles NAT, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP

✔️ Experience with Windows Active Directory, LDAP, RDS etc.

✔️ The ability to configure network equipment Mikrotik, Cisco, Ubiquity etc.

✔️ Understanding of the model OSI.

✔️ Knowledge of software (MS Office 365, antivirus programs, etc.).

✔️ Excellent communication skills

✔️ Fluent English

✔️ Russian language would be a plus

✅ Would be a plus:

✔️ Understanding of Jira/Confluence.

✔️ Strong organizational skills.

✔️ Ability to multitask.
