We’re looking for a Team Lead who can drive technical excellence while leading a remote team of 6 (3 developers, 1 QA, 2 DevOps) - balancing hands-on coding (~70%) with mentorship and leadership (~30%).

As the Team Lead, you will:

• Lead and manage a remote team of 6 specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high-performance
• Drive the timely delivery of high-quality solutions, removing blockers, guiding priorities, and ensuring efficient workflows
• Translate business needs into actionable technical plans
• Work hands-on with backend technologies to evolve and optimize complex systems for high traffic and scalability
• Design and optimize database architectures in high-traffic environments
  
  

🎯 What Does the Ideal Candidate Have for the Role?

• 1+ years of experience in a Team Lead role, managing and mentoring remote teams of developers
• 4+ years of experience with Node.js in backend development. Proven track record of working with high-traffic platforms and scalable systems
• 1+ years of experience with TypeScript
• Strong expertise in SQL databases, including performance optimization and schema design
• Experience working in a fast-moving startup environment and remote teams
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
